NBC is televising the Olympic women’s marathon live. I hope Deena wins.
Good Saturday morning training run today – 14 miles, 2 hours 32 minutes. The 60 degree weather in the height of summer also helped. If I get inspired by the marathon tonight, I might just run another 15 miles tomorrow provided the weather stays the same.

What exactly happened to her? She seemed to be in good form. Then suddenly she was out of it.
